Our Seasonal Blend returns for a new season.

This season, we designed the blend and roast profile with milk coffee in mind, aiming for a smooth, approachable cup that many people can enjoy.

Compared to our previous seasonal roast, this coffee was roasted with a 3°C higher drop temperature. This brings a slightly darker colour, fuller body, and deeper sweetness in the cup.

It is suitable for both black and milk coffee. As a black coffee, it shows notes of apricot, cocoa, and cashew nut. With milk, it becomes rich and sweet, with a rounded nuttiness and a soft cocoa aroma that fills the palate.

(For all our coffees, we recommend a degassing period of 3 to 4 weeks from the roast date, with the coffee being ideal to enjoy after this period.)

(25 to 30 seconds extraction)
- Best with a 21 g basket if available

Milk Espresso
- 22 g dose , 32 g yield
 (23 to 28 seconds extraction)
- For milk beverages, we recommend a 1 to 7.5 espresso–milk ratio

V60
- 15 g in , 240 g water 1 to 16 ratio
60 g (Blooming) - 60 g (30s) - 60 g (60s) - 60 g (90s)
 (2:00 to 2:30 minutes total brew time)

Aeropress
- 15 g in , 250 g water (One Pour) 1 to 16.7 ratio
(1:00 minute immersion 1:00 minute press slowly)
