This coffee is the Seasonal Blend from Peninsula Coffee.

We selected only clean high-grade green beans and prepared this blend with great care so that every delicate nuance can be fully expressed in the cup.

For this season, we roasted a blend of Ethiopia Washed 80% and Colombia Washed 20%, crafted specifically for our customers.
Keeping a bright overall tone with a 212 degree drop temperature, while controlling heat very precisely to preserve a lasting raw sugar sweetness.

The floral aroma that rises at the moment of grinding sets an expectation for what follows in the cup.

Although this is a blend, it is roasted as an omni roast, meaning you can enjoy it beautifully as both espresso and filter.

In flavour you will find floral notes, tangerine acidity, and raw sugar sweetness.
As an espresso, the cup carries an intense herbaceous quality with juicy persistence that lingers on the palate.
With milk, the harmony becomes striking: it recalls the comforting aroma of freshly baked bread, a gentle buttery character, and a soft, cooling floral finish that brings a new dimension to milk-based coffee.

- For milk beverages, we recommend a 1 to 7.5 espresso–milk ratio
