ABOUT GUJI GOGUGU ZONE

This exceptional Guji coffee is produced in the southern Guji region of Ethiopia.
The Gogugu Washing Station processes cherries delivered by around 350 smallholder farmers in the surrounding area. At the station, careful selection, pulping, fermentation, washing, and deep-bed drying in the African sun all come together in a meticulous washed process.

Such detailed preparation helps preserve the coffee’s distinctive character and high quality, showcasing the renowned terroir of the Gedeb area. The result is a pristine, well-balanced cup that embodies the classic complexity and elegance of top-grade Ethiopian coffee.
