ABOUT TULISE WASHING STATION

Tulise Washing Station is located in the heart of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It receives carefully handpicked red cherries from around 450 smallholder farmers in the surrounding area.

Situated near Aricha, one of the most renowned localities in Yirgacheffe, Tulise is known for producing some of the finest natural coffees in the region. Farmers cultivate coffee using traditional methods and deliver the harvested cherries to the station between November and December.

Alongside coffee, farmers also grow a crop called Enset (commonly referred to as “false banana”), which resembles banana trees but is cultivated for its stalks and roots, serving as a staple food source.

We are the proud distributor of Cobeans in South Australia.
